While the restaurant has decent food, the options are limited, particularly lacking in local flavors, disappointing. The rooms can get excessively hot, especially when winter gear isn't suitable, leaving you wanting lighter clothing. If you like firm pillows, you're in for a rough sleep, since the pillows are quite soft. It would be helpful to have different pillow types to cater to various preferences. There's no room service for food, which can be inconvenient at times.

Spacious hotel with great and super location near to the stoosbahn, mountain, and Stoos Lodge. Food was decent, staff was lovely. Beautiful, luxurious rooms and excellent bathrooms. With easy check-in and late check-out, this property was fancy!

Let me express my utter disappointment at the standard of service, especially when I had to pay extra for cleaning. It's absurd they charge for such basic amenities. I found the restaurant staff rather rude. I definitely expected kindness, not confusion. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

My stay was great because the lodge is right next to the stoosbahn, making it super easy to get around, and the fine views from my room were nice during my explorations.

Beautiful room, amazing food, with a lovely view from our window, made our stay more fun while we appreciated the convenient ski-to-door access right outside the lodge.

The staff here were incredibly accommodating and helpful, the location is great being right next to the funicular and very close to the Swiss mountains and a restaurant, just a short drive away.
